Biography:

Troy works as Itec's CFO/Administrator. Itec builds tools and training systems for indigenous areas, including dental, medical, mechanical programs and aviation. He has trained missionaries to fly powered parachutes and is test pilot for Itec's flying car "The Mverick." Troy's background is in electrical and non-profit management. He has earned a Masters in Business Administration with a non profit focus and a Masters in Management. He is a fixed wing private pilot and a CFI for Powered Parachutes.
