Biography:

Art served for several years as a pilot/mechanic in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Tanzania with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF). On returning to Canada he built his first Zenair CH601. Later he created Flypass Ltd and became the Canadian representative for Zenair. During that time, he developed the Zenith CH801 to provide tough, simple, appropriate aircraft for missionary work. Art continues to prepare MAF pilots and promote experimental aircraft for missions.
