Aircraft engineer (Master of Science)since 1977. designer of the Pretty Flight UL Aircraft( certified as UL in Germany in 1998), TR 230 ( 4 seat aircraft) and Elektra One electric aircraft( will conpete in 2011 for the NASA Green Prcie Challenge). Founder and President of PC-Aero design and certification office.
