Biography: Major General (Ret) Patrick J. Halloran spent 34 years as an Air Force pilot, with 11,000 hours of flight time. He flew 100 fighter missions in the Korean War, 1600 hours in U-2 and 600 hours in SR-71. Halloran flew U-2 on Cuban missions and U-2 and SR-71 over Viet Nam. He also flew an F-84.
