Biography:

Lindy Kirkland is President of the Air Care Alliance, an organization that promotes and advocates for Public Benefit Flying organizations and volunteer pilots. Lindy is a retired Marine Corps pilot who spent 5 years flying Marine One in support of the President of the United States and has been involved in volunteer flying for over 10 years.

Calling Volunteer Pilots - Each year, in the spirit of giving, tens of thousands of pilots volunteer their time and aircraft to assist those in need and their communities by participating in Public Benefit Flying (PBF). Public Benefit Flying is one of the remarkable success stories in General Aviation today. In its essence it is a humanitarian service provided through the use of private aircraft by a volunteer pilot to transport people, cargo, or emergency supplies. Learn how to get involved!
