Carter's SR/C Technology and PAV Update - Carter has made significant strides in refining their slowed rotor/compound aircraft technology including breaking through the Mu-1 Barrier in June of 2005. Carter is now close to completing a new Personal Air Vehicle (PAV) prototype. An introduction of the PAV and its capabilities will be given plus an update on Carter's future plans.
