Carter's Slowed Rotor/Compound Aircraft Technology - Carter has made significant strides in refining their Slowed Rotor/Compound aircraft technology including breaking through the Mu-1 Barrier in June of 2005. Carter has completed a new Personal Air Vehicle (PAV) prototype. An overview of the PAV flight-testing and its' capabilities will be given plus an update on Carter's future plans.
